(Washington Insider Magazine) -Heavy snow, ice, and gusty winds caused the cancellation of more than 2,000 flights to, from, and across the United States; all is not lost, airlines have policies that allow you to fly on other dates.

The Department of Transportation’s new online dashboard shows what kind of guarantees major national airlines offer, and FOX Business looked at Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, JetBlue, Southwest, Spirit and United to see what they guarantee passengers if a flight is cancelled.
