(Washington Insider Magazine) – Could this latest Russian war update mean that a cease-fire is on the horizon?
The latest call from President Vladimir Putin has many citizens wondering if there’s foul play inbound or if a moment of peace is truly to be had. Currently, it’s been found that the minister of defense was instructed to give a cease-fire on a temporary basis over the time of Orthodox Christmas celebrations – which are between January 6th and 7th, respectively.
The cease-fire is currently expected to last about 30 or so hours throughout this time and was requested in an effort to let believers go to service and commune with their fellow worshippers in peace. This may be in part due to Putin’s claimed religious preferences, or it may be a sham – which many believe to be the case on socials and on the ground.
