Ned Rauch-Mannino served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Global Operations and Senior Advisor for Global Markets with the U.S. Department of Commerce, leveraging senior level visibility to support U.S. competitiveness and reinforce trade and investment across markets worldwide.
He had also served as an advisor with the U.S. Agency for International Development, leading intergovernmental affairs for the agency. Prior to his federal service, Mr. Rauch-Mannino directed strategic consulting and stakeholder relations, managed municipal economic development, and advised a national economic consulting and research firm.
He earned his Master's degree from Penn State University and undergraduate degrees from Temple University.
