New York(Washington Insider Magazine) -Three “trigger” bans have taken effect last week and this move has resulted in prohibiting abortion. 11 states have banned abortions and consider them illegal. Abortion laws have been made strict in these states as new laws and policies have surfaced.

Anti-Abortion State Legislatures Have Rushed The Abortion Bans

The U.S. Supreme Court took away the constitutional right to abortion a lot was under discussion. The anti-abortion state legislatures have rushed and they have implanted the previously unenforceable abortion bans.

These dangerous laws have led to millions of women being left unattended with abortion care. The Washington Post reported that millions of women between the ages of 15 to 44 live in states where abortion has been banned.

“Vast swaths of the nation, especially in the South and Midwest, will become abortion deserts that, for many, will be impossible to escape,” said Nancy Northup, president, and CEO of the Center in a statement.

The Americans have given a mixed response to this new rule. Many women don’t want to give birth to a child they don’t want to bring into this world. Commitment-free relationships are common in the United States and this could result in an accidental pregnancy. This is why most women are not favoring these new rules. They believe that a ban on this rule could force women to bring an unwanted child into this world.

“Evidence is already mounting of women being turned away despite needing urgent, and in some cases life-saving, medical care. This unfolding public health crisis will only continue to get worse. We will see more and more of these harrowing situations, and once state legislatures reconvene in January, we will see even more states implement abortion bans and novel laws criminalizing abortion providers, pregnant people, and those who help them.”
