There have been global concerns of nuclear attack which has put the nuclear forces on high alert. The US policy for the nuclear and missile defense has raised concerns over the provocative rhetoric. The Russia’s nuclear capabilities are raising a concern and the world is making strategies to look for defense. United States of America is considered to be one of the biggest countries in the world. This is why the country has been preparing for a nuclear attack.
Does The US Have A Nuclear Defense System?
The US missile defense shield is likely to protect America from the nuclear attacks. Americans believe that the nuclear weapons should not be used but Russia incorporates nuclear weapons and this could be lead to the warfighting doctrine. The war between Ukraine and Russia has raised concerns over a global conflict as well. This is why the USA has been preparing well to improve their nuclear defense system. The Ukraine Russia war seems unending which has led US to prepare well.
The United States has embarked on a program and will be erecting a shield that will stop the incoming intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). The USA government has suggested the Russian counterparts as the defense system will not be sufficient to stop the missiles. The radar systems were directed at Iran, and they were later moved to other countries. Limited club of nations that own nuclear weapons will be helping USA to counterattack. The world will be in a disaster if third world war breaks.
The US will activate the Aegis Ashore system which will be installed in Poland. This will be a part of the third and final phase of the part of the shield in Europe. Russia has complained about US installing the advanced systems and has also threatened to install the nuclear missiles in different parts. The USA is on high alert because of the possible threat of World war 3. There have been concerns about how the US defends against the nuclear attacks.
US Will Soon Deter Two Major Nuclear Powers
According to the White House, the US will need to deter at least two major nuclear weapons for the very first time. The administration of Joe Biden is giving a direct warning to Russia. The American president feels that their long-term competitor is China. However, Russia seems to be giving a disruptive threat that isn’t easy to ignore. These threats can grow further due to continuous defeats of Russian forces.

The US is looking at all possible questions and issues that could lead to a concrete result. Even if China or Russia has a huge number of nuclear weapons, the US has the capacity to bring them down. They know what it takes to deter a potential nuclear attack.
