At least five Palestinian men have been killed after clashes with Israeli forces. The deaths are the latest in a string of west bank violence as Israeli forces continue to carry out routine raids in the occupied area.

(Washington Insider Magazine) -Israeli forces are responsible for killing at least Five Palestinian men after violence broke out in West Bank, a Palestinian territory near Jerusalem, Israel.

Israeli troops reported that the fourth man was shot dead after he had been caught hitting an Israeli soldier who had inflicted severe injuries on her. The fifth and final man died after more clashes near Ramallah, later in the evening.

The growing tensions between Israel and Palestine have caught the attention of the UN, which is concerned that the conflict has reached a boiling point after a string of reports of West Bank violence.

The most recent clashes are the first of many instances where Israeli forces come into contact with Palestinian citizens after search and arrest raids, which are reportedly carried out almost every night in the West Bank Area.

The raids are responsible for 140 Palestinian deaths this year. In contrast, over 30 Israelis have been victims of middle eastern violence and killed by gunfire and knife crimes by Palestinians.

The two brothers, who were students at the Birzeit University were killed near Ramallah after confrontations between young Palestinians and Israeli forces. According to sources, they visited a relative in Beit Rima while troops carried out their routine raids.

It wasn’t until forces withdrew from the conflict that the violence escalated, with citizens throwing stones and petrol bombs.

The 44-year-old father of six, Mufeed Ikhlil, was also killed in the Palestinian village after clashes with troops.

This comes in stark comparison to the unity that we saw at the most recent World Cup in Qatar, prompting posts such as:

The clash started when an army jeep broke down in Beit Rima. Locals proceeded to ramage the vehicle and throw explosives at the troops.

West bank authorities have spoken out about the three instances, citing them as ugly crimes.

The spokesmen of the Palestinian President also commented on the West Bank violence and is concerned about the number of killings of Palestinian citizens at the hands of Israeli troops.

The latest string of West Bank violence has come after a coordinated bombing attack at bus stops in the suburbs of Jerusalem, where a young Israeli-Canadian boy was killed along with a 50-year-old Israeli man. No one has claimed responsibility for the two bombings.
