Powerball Double Play Results and Winners: Oct 14, 2023

US (Washington Insider Magazine) —Double Play is a drawing that gives Powerball players a second chance. You can use your Powerball numbers in a separate drawing, with a maximum cash amount of $10 million.

To participate, you must add the Double Play feature to your Powerball ticket by paying an additional $1 per play.

Powerball tickets that include the Double Play feature can win prizes in both drawings.

How do you get your prize?

Just like Powerball, prizes must be claimed in the state where the winning ticket was purchased. Players can generally claim a prize of up to $600 at any establishment authorized to sell lottery in the geographic location where they purchased the ticket.

Prizes over $600 can be claimed at lottery headquarters in each case. There are also some authorized establishments, the address of which should be duly consulted as appropriate.

You have time to collect your prize between 90 days and one year, depending on the restrictions of the jurisdiction in which the ticket was sold. The expiration date is usually listed on the back of the ticket. If the expiration date is not listed, you should check with your state lottery.

When is the Powerball Double Play played?

The Double Play drawing takes place after each Powerball drawing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
