Oman (Transatlantic Today) – The National Employment Program (NEP) of Oman has partnered with Baker Tilly to enhance education and vocational training as part of Oman Vision 2040.

Key Highlights:

  • Training & Development: Baker Tilly will design scientific training courses on planning, HR, and self-employment for Omani professionals.
  • Vocational Platform: These courses will be available on NEP’s vocational skills platform to boost workforce readiness.
  • Khuta Platform Launch: Set for July 2023, Khuta will connect job seekers with employment opportunities.
  • Career Guidance Initiative: A new program will help individuals make informed academic and career decisions.

Strengthening Oman’s Workforce

By equipping Omani youth with future-proof skills, the NEP aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring sustainable career growth in both public and private sectors.
